Our Story
Lexington Kentucky-based band, Rahab's Rope thrives on harmony — on and off-stage. Band members will tell you, "We do music we love" which can be anything from a punchy cover of "Wade in the Water" by the late Eva Cassidy, to "One Tin Soldier," to original tunes by band members and friends. Think folk flavor which may bend toward old time jazz, gospel, southern rock and even classical when the mood arises.
More than a decade after its birth in the back seat of a third-hand Saturn on a now legendary road-trip from LA to Lexington ("Another night, another chile relleno!") Rahab's Rope has continued to delight audiences at festivals, fundraisers, churches and other public and private venues across the Bluegrass and beyond.
